The LSMI requires a Facilities Manager. This is a voluntary position and entails checking the premises on a regular basis; carrying out small repairs; liaising with the professional gas safe and electrical engineers and the fire safety personnel to carry out their annual checks; arranging emergency call outs and organising regular decorating of the hall. The successful applicant will also become a trustee of the LSMI attending the management committee meetings which take place four times a year.
